About the Role
We're seeking an experienced, charismatic Food and Beverage Supervisor to provide quality food and beverage service to our residents and guests at LDK Seniors' Living Amberfield. The Food and Beverage Supervisor will support and guide our current hospitality team to ensure exceptional service standards are delivered and always maintained in line with resident expectations. The successful candidate will be a confident and respectful individual who is excited to take on the responsibility of motivating, training, and leading a team to deliver exceptional customer service within our 5‑star, premium built facilities. They will demonstrate the ability to work under pressure, manage competing priorities, and perform effectively in a fast‑paced environment. Expected availability for this position will be fulltime capacity across Tuesday to Saturday.
Role Responsibilities
Supervision, training and coordination of food and beverage employees to meet 5-star service expectations.
Manage administration requirements; rosters, stock orders, trainings, health and food safety requirements.
Monitor efficient and safe delivery of all food and beverage orders in line with resident expectations.
Ensure cashier procedures are carried out in line with agreed procedures.

Qualifications, Experience and Skills
Responsible Service of ******* (RSA) Certificate
Completion of accredited Barista Course (desirable)
2 years of experience working in a similar role and/or environment.
Experience working in a team supervisory role within restaurant, café, and bar environment.
High standard of personal presentation.
