Job Summary :
- Assisting the team in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the restaurant, providing a prompt and professional service to our guests.
- To be responsible for creating a memorable dining experience within our restaurant.
Key Skills:
- Financially astute and confident with all budgets, payroll, cash procedure, cost of sales and so on.
- Strong organizational skills and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication skills, time management, service standards and attention to detail.
- Able to remain calm under pressure
- Excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written, with the ability to communicate confidently.
- Good IT skills
- A good understanding of operational and financial needs as well as experienced in guest profiling and recognition
