The Job: Join Our Food & Beverage Team
We're seeking a skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our Food & Beverage team as a Bus Person. In this role, you'll be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service every time. Your Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with servers to provide seamless guest service
Contribute to maintaining a clean and organized dining area
Remove dirty dishes and debris from tables and bring them to the kitchen for washing and disposal
Coordinate table availability and communicate with team members to ensure efficient service
Provide exceptional service by serving water, coffee, and soft drinks, refilling when needed
Ensure the dining room floor is clean and free of debris
Requirements for Success:
Previous experience in a similar service role, preferably in a full-service restaurant setting
Proven ability to work in a high-volume environment with excellent time management skills
Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization
Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with team members
Ability to communicate effectively in English, both written and verbally
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and remain composed under pressure
Previous experience working in a similar resort setting
Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
