The Hotel
Stamford Plaza Sydney Airport is a 315 room 5 star Hotel located in Mascot near the Sydney domestic airport and home to our very own La Boca Restaurant and Bar specializing in Argentinean cuisine and 11 Function rooms - ideal for a wide range of events from small meetings to 300 plus large conferences.
Our excellent service and accommodation set us apart from our competitors and provide guests with the best in hospitality experience from the moment they walk through the door.
We are currently seeking dedicated and versatile Full-Time Food and Beverage Attendants, with a strong emphasis on bar service, to join our team as all-rounders across AV8 Bar and La Boca Restaurant.
All our Food & Beverage Attendants are responsible for providing 5 Star customer service to our guests. Working closely with the Food & Beverage Supervisors, you will be responsible for ensuring all guests receive an exceptional Food and Beverage experience.
Key Responsibilities
Minimum of 1 years’ experience in a similar role, ideally within a 5-star or premium hospitality environment
Ability to work a flexible roster, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays
Deliver exceptional food and beverage service in a professional and efficient manner
Understand the menu, offer suggestions, and up-sell food and beverage items
Deliver exceptional customer service with flair
Be one step ahead of the guest, knowing what they need before having to ask
Re-stock fridges to par levels, store and ensure the outlet is correctly stocked in accordance with outlet stock control guidelines
A positive & engaging personality
About you

Experience using Micros is an advantage
