About the role
At QT Queenstown, high style meets high altitude attitude. Our signature flair, bold personality, and love of the unexpected shape every guest moment—from the first hello to the last late night pour. We’re searching for a Food & Beverage Attendants who bring confidence, creativity, and character to the floor. Someone who knows how to read the room, work the room, and elevate the energy without ever missing a beat.
We are looking for staff with afternoon and late night availability who can work between the restaurant and the bar – training provided!
Key Responsibilities
Welcome guests with warm, polished confidence and guide them effortlessly through their experience.
Take orders with accuracy, personality, and genuine product knowledge.
Serve dishes and drinks that showcase the best of QT’s flavour, style, and presentation.
Anticipate guest needs and stay one step ahead at all times.
Maintain a sharp, immaculate service environment throughout each shift.
Collaborate seamlessly with the bar and kitchen teams to keep service flowing.
Recommend dishes, cocktails, and pairings with natural flair and expertise.
Action guest requests and deliver thoughtful touches that exceed expectations.
Embrace a flexible roster—nights, weekends, and peak seasons are when the buzz happens.
What We’re Looking For
Experience in a hospitality or retail – Cafes, Restaurants, Bars!
A genuine enthusiasm for food, beverage, and curated guest experiences.
Solid knowledge of wine and cocktails, with a willingness to keep expanding your repertoire.
The physical readiness for a fast-paced, on-your-feet service environment.
Clear communication, strong teamwork, and the ability to thrive under pressure.
Reliability, adaptability, and a commitment to delivering standout results—every shift.
Must have current rights to work in NZ – Open to WHV with a minimum of 6 months+
