The Opportunity
We are looking for a service-driven F&B Reservations Agent to join our Food & Beverage team.
As the first point of contact for our dining venues, you will play an important role in creating a positive guest experience from the very beginning. You will manage reservations, handle guest enquiries, and ensure each booking is handled smoothly and accurately.
With strong attention to detail and a warm, professional approach, you will help anticipate guest needs and set the tone for a great dining experience. You will also work closely with the wider team to ensure smooth service and consistent standards across all venues.
Key Accountabilities
Manage reservations across all dining venues, ensuring accuracy and timely updates in booking systems
Handle guest enquiries via phone and email with professionalism, warmth, and efficiency
Maintain detailed and accurate guest profiles, including preferences, special occasions, and dietary requirements
Coordinate closely with restaurant, events, and operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery
Monitor availability and optimise bookings to maximise covers while maintaining guest experience standards
Manage waitlists, cancellations, and modifications effectively
Provide clear and accurate information on menus, operating hours, and venue offerings
Support pre-arrival planning and group bookings where required
Assist with administrative tasks, reporting, and data entry related to reservations
Resolve guest concerns or escalate when necessary, ensuring a positive outcome
Uphold brand standards in all guest communications and interactions
Profile
Previous experience in a similar role within a hospitality environment
Excellent communication skills, with confidence in handling guest and team interactions over the phone
Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
Highly organised with strong administrative and data entry capabilities
Ability to work independently, while confidently seeking support when required
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to make sound decisions in a dynamic environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
Collaborative, positive attitude with a flexible approach to work
