About the role

At Holiday Inn Queenstown Remarkables Park, we’re seeking a talented Food & Beverage Services Manager to join our team.

You’ll lead our restaurant, bar, in-room dining, and conference & events operations, setting the standard for service excellence and team culture.

What you'll be doing

Manage all food and beverage outlets, including Giants restaurant, bar, in-room dining & event spaces to ensure seamless guest experience.
Develop and implement innovative wine lists and beverage menus meeting with suppliers regularly and focusing on a support-local and seasonal approach.
Develop and implement promotional strategies across all areas of food and beverage to drive revenue growth.
Manage the recruitment, training and development of the F&B team, focusing on specialist positions where required but also ensuring colleagues are confident and cross trained throughout all areas of food & beverage.
Monitor and control budgets, costs and inventory to maximise profitability.
Collaborate with the wider hotel leadership team to deliver outstanding guest experiences to achieve hotel targets.
Lead the team in anticipating guest needs and resolving issues, with a strong focus on learning and improving from feedback.
Lead the delivery of all conference and event operations, ensuring seamless execution from setup to on the day service and pack-down.
What we're looking for

Strong background in food & beverage leadership (hotel/events experience essential).
Hands-on leader with excellent communication skills who inspires and motivates teams.
Confidence in overseeing both day-to-day service and large-scale event operations.
Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, cost control and inventory management.
Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and profitability.
Passion for hospitality and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
