We’re looking for a friendly and passionate Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our team.
The Role
As a Food & Beverage Supervisor, your role will be to ensure a warm welcome to our guests, to anticipate their needs and ensuring outstanding customer service is given to achieve 100% guest satisfaction.
You will also be accountable for supervising the smooth running of the allocated section of the Food & Beverage department, as well as ensuring we deliver a 5-star service to our guests.
Personal qualities
• Excellent customer service skills
• Possess the ability to work under pressure and have strong organisational skills
• Excellent communication skills with a great command of the English language
• Display a warm, polite, and professional attitude to internal and external guests
• Qualification in Hospitality studies, degree standard or similar is desirable
• Relevant experience in a 4 property is desirable
• Good leadership skills with the ability to lead by example in terms of living the values, leading a team and ensuring a positive and can-do attitude

Eligibility
In line with the requirements of the Asylum & Immigration Act 1++6, all applicants must either be eligible to live and work in the UK or must obtain permits to work in the UK prior to application.
