The hotel outlets include Haven Lounge, famous Garum restaurant and Rooms Service outlets as well as 2,300 square meters of versatile event space; they are all equipped with cutting-edge technology, allowing guests to host grand functions.
Department:
Responsible for providing excellent dining experiences, our Food & Beverage team is proactive, welcoming and expert with providing service to our guests. We are currently seeking passionate industry professionals to fill a Food & Beverage Supervisor role to assist with the execution of 5 service.

Requirements:
For the Supervisor role we are seeking a professional displaying the following skills and attributes:
Previous experience in supervisor / team leader positions advantageous
Exceptional food, wine and beverage knowledge
Coffee and Bar skills highly regarded
Lead and Support High Tea Service
Able to work calmly and accurately under pressure
have an understanding of cost of goods and pricing
Able to maintain stock control
Have genuine passion for the hospitality industry
Have an eye for detail
Able to work within a team
Be innovative but still follow direction
Have genuine passion for the hospitality industry
Be passionate about delivering an exceptional guest experience
Be hard working, dedicated and professional in all aspects of working life
