Position Summary:
Lead the restaurant service period, tending to the guests and exceeding their expectations
Be a passionate, forward and inviting leader, providing motivation and support to our waitstaff
Assist with the bar related tasks if required
Ensure the restaurant is adequately stocked and clean at all times
Showcase your passion to our experienced travelers throughout the complete beverage experience
Understand guest requirements and deliver service excellence through each customer experience
Support your passionate Food and Beverage team in general operational tasks
Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new customers to enable future bookings
About You:
An up-to-date RSA
Relevant experience in a similar role
