Join Shangri-La Sydney as Food & Beverage Team Leader - Lobby Lounge!
Shangri-La Sydney is looking for skilled Food & Beverage Team Leader to join our Lobby Lounge team.
What You’ll Do:
Ensures compliance with food safety, hygiene, HACCP, and SFSMS standards, including maintaining records and cleaning schedules.
Monitors staff performance, and grooming; conducts training and prepares rosters based on operational needs.
Oversees inventory control, approves requisitions, and monitors expenses in line with budgeted costs.
Maintains stock levels, attends F&B meetings, and submits reports and requests according to hotel policies.
Delivers high service standards through regular quality checks, cleanliness oversight, and equipment maintenance coordination.

About you:
Experience in hotel, restaurant or cafe environments.
Customer service experience in a similar setting
Excellent communication skills in reading and writing English.
Minimum of 1 year experience in as Food & Beverage Team Leader.
Understanding of workplace practices in Work Health and Safety
