The Role
As a Food & Beverage Team Member, you’ll be at the heart of the action — serving food and drinks, engaging with guests and helping create the atmosphere that makes Unity special.
Whether you’re experienced or new to hospitality, you’ll receive full training and ongoing support to help you succeed.
What You’ll Be Doing
Delivering friendly, confident service to guests
Taking food and drink orders using POS systems
Serving food and beverages to company standards
Keeping service and dining areas clean and organised
Clearing and resetting tables efficiently
Following food safety, hygiene, health & safety and licensing rules
Supporting your teammates during busy shifts

Hospitality experience is welcome but not essential — attitude matters most.
