JOB DESCRIPTION
Duties Responsibilities:
Train Self, Understand and Follow Fairmont Standard Operating Policies, Procedures and Service Standards
Ensure adherence to quality expectation and Brand Standards
Ensure all training material is updated
Develop, implement and monitor progress of every team member
Develop, implement and monitor progress of the divisions strategic training plan
Liaise with HODs of Food Production and FB Service to determine the training needs for all team members
Conduct daily training sessions for both departments
Ensure training, documentation and testing of all team members is completed in the required time frame
Coordinate training sessions
Conduct regular audits of operation time based on Standard Operating Procedures
Manage, analyse and investigate guest feedback, prepare action plans and implement changes for enhancement of guest experience
Carry out any other duties as and when assigned by the Management
Job Knowledge, Skills Abilities:
Should have worked as Team leader in F&B Service for at least one year
Prior experience as an F&B Trainer
Ability to communicate effectively in English, written and verbal
Good computer skills
Proficiency in Opera, Micros, Microsoft Office software: Word, Excel and PowerPoint, as a minimum.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills

Able to stand for long periods of time
