Come join our team at Miami Dade County Fair & Exposition!
We are looking for energetic Food & Beverage staff to join the team to deliver an excellent guest experience at the Miami Dade Fair in March.
We have food & beverage concessions and are hiring for a variety of positions ranging from deep frying & grilling to serving and cashier for the 11 days March 12 - April 5 2026.
Must be available all 21 days of the fair.
March 12- April 5 2026.
Must be available on weekends & evenings.
Only those available for all days will be hired.

Part time and full time hours available. Shifts range from 8hr to full days*. Must be available all 21 days. Longer shifts are encouraged.
Duties Include:
Cook / Deep Fry
Cashier
Prep
Responsibilities
Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer service
Previous experience with deep fryers not required but preferred
Must work well in fast pace environment
Comply with all health and safety regulations

Food Handlers Safety Certificate (can provide link to take this course online, free, simple)
Be 16 years of age or older on March 1, 2026.
Be legally entitled to work for any employer in The United States.
MUST be available to work for all 21 days of the fair March 12 - April 5 2026
MUST be able to stand for long periods of time [Staff do not sit while on shift]
Pay starting a minimum wage. Upon completion of the fair performance bonus is given for all hours worked. Most crew members earn well over this in the 21 days.
Include a copy of your resume, a little bit about yourself, and your availability for each day of the fair. Open availability + eagerness to work is highly preferred. Previous experience is an asset but not needed. Incomplete emails will be ignored. Be as specific as possible. EOE.

Pay: $14.00 - $19.00 per hour
