THE ROLE:
We are seeking enthusiastic individuals for Crystalbrook Bailey in Cairns – those who have an unwavering passion and flair for all things Food & Beverage are encouraged to apply.
Section Wait Staff - A-La Carte and Gastro Pub Classics
Food and Drink Servers - up early for Breakfast service OR all services
Conference and Events - drinks and buffet service
We can offer shifts that vary from early mornings in our beautiful breakfast service to late night cocktails in the most special venues in town. Our exceptional award-winning venues thrive with personality and gastric delights to suit every taste.
ABOUT YOU:
We are looking to skilled and ambitious restaurant staff can display:
Considerable experience in premium restaurant environments.
Demonstrated passion for the hospitality industry and specialty in high quality service.
Great attention to detail, being one step ahead of guests needs.
In-depth knowledge of sequence of service and product knowledge.
The passion to take on other ad-hoc duties as required
Ability to prioritise & work in fast-paced environment being able to keep high standards of service.
Friendly and confident communication skills.
WSET level 2 or an equivalent wine certification/knowledge - desirable
QLD RSA essential
Available across various shifts including weekends, evenings, and public holidays
Able to commit for a minimum of 6 months
