Job Description
What You’ll Do:
Identify and acquire international buyers for agro commodities
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and margins
Handle export documentation (PI, Invoice, Packing List) and compliance
Coordinate shipments and logistics with suppliers and freight forwarders
Represent Baksa Global at trade fairs, exhibitions, and B2B meetings
Build and manage buyer and supplier networks
Report revenue, shipment status, and margins to the founder & CEO
What We’re Looking For:
3–5 years experience in agro commodity exports or international trade
Strong knowledge of export documentation, packaging, and compliance
Proven track record of closing international deals
Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills
Leadership mindset to grow the business
Salary & Incentives:
Base: ₹40,000–₹70,000/month (depending on experience)
Incentive: 0.5–1% of shipment value
Annual performance bonus
