Job Title - Food Production Faculty
Job Location - Jaipur
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Food Production Faculty at the Jaipur campus of IIHM. The Food Production Faculty member will be responsible for teaching and training students in food production management, and ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in the hospitality industry.
Should have excellent knowledge of basic & advanced culinary skills with a degree in hospitality
Should be able to plan, schedule, organise, coordinate and monitor lectures & practicals
Should be able to prepare course material as per latest development in the hospitality industry
Should engage in research and be able to inspire & motivate students.
Effective communicator with a positive outlook & well behaved mannerism
Requirements
Experience: Minimum 7 years working experience in Food Production department of a 5 star hotel or cruise line
Qualifications
Excellent knowledge of food production management
Experience in teaching and training students in food production management
Ability to create lesson plans and deliver lectures that engage and educate students
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
Relevant formal education in Hospitality Management or a related field
Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
Experience with international cuisines is a plus
Excellent communication skills in English
