Salary: £35,000 per annum
Working Hours: 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM, 4 days out of 6, including Saturdays

The Role:

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee and coordinate daily production activities.
• Lead, motivate, and develop a team of production staff.
• Ensure production targets and KPIs are met.
• Maintain compliance with health and safety standards.
• Monitor and improve production processes to enhance efficiency and quality.
• Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
