About The Role:
We are currently seeking highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Production Workers, to join the Priestley’s family. You will be an integral part of our production team, in our baked goods division. You’ll help manage, prepare, mix, and bake a variety of delicious products, ensuring each item meets our high standards for quality and consistency.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and maintain baking equipment and machinery.
Prepare ingredients and follow recipes accurately.
Monitor baking times and temperatures to ensure optimal results.
Garnish baked goods on the process line
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the production area.
Follow health and safety regulations, including proper handling and storage of ingredients.

About You:

Previous experience in a food production or bakery environment (preferred).
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a diverse team.
Physically fit (with the ability to pass a pre-employment medical assessment).

Pay: $25.47 – $32.86 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week
