Located on the southeastern coast of the pristine island of Lāna’i, lies the secluded retreat of Four Seasons Resort Lāna’i, an oceanfront destination offering travelers a curated, personalized island escape. The five-star, five-diamond Resort offers outdoor restaurants, including Nobu Lāna’i, a kid’s club, Tennis Garden, cultural programming, beach and pool with spacious seating areas nestled among tropical gardens, Hawanawana spa and luxury retail boutiques. Built on lava outcroppings, the award-winning Jack Nicklaus-signature golf course features ocean views on every hole. Aloha! Four Seasons Resorts Lana'i is seeking a One Forty Food Runner.

T he Food Runner is an essential member of the Food & Beverage team dedicated to providing exceptional quality and service to our guests. The Food Runner position assists the Food Server in providing an enjoyable expertly served dining experience conforming to Four Seasons standards of excellence for quality, professionalism and friendliness. Food Runners assure all outgoing dishes are correctly prepared according to guest’s specific requests including dietary restrictions. Food Runners present the food to the guest and are knowledgeable about all current menu options, beverage lists and daily specials.

We are looking for an individual who poses an affinity for guest service! This position requires an applicant with a good level of wine and food knowledge. Candidates must have excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills. Candidates are also required to perform additional side work, serve tea and coffee, polish silverware and china, as well as crumb and clear tables. The Food Runner position requires the ability to lift up to 40lbs and applicants must have a flexible schedule with the ability to work all shifts, weekends and holidays. The ideal candidate will have an outgoing personality and a can-do approach to any task!

One Forty
Inspired by the island's 140 square mile radius - not to mention that a medium steak is grilled to perfection at 140 degrees, One Forty is Four Seasons Resorts Lana‘i’s main dining room. This ocean-view restaurant offers breakfast and an extensive American steak and Hawaiian seafood dinner menu. With an emphasis on local ingredients, One Forty showcases prime and wagyu beef from Snake River Farms, and local Hawaiian catch, prepared to perfection. Traditional side dishes complement main courses, while an accomplished wine list features a variety of fine labels. The restaurant's extensive à la carte and buffet breakfast selections are available daily, including an array of Asian dishes.
