Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Food Crew Member to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service while assisting in food preparation and maintaining a clean and safe environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food industry and a commitment to food safety standards.
Duties
Repair and assemble bakery and fast food items, including sandwiches, and specialty beverages
Follow recipes and food safety standards for consistent quality and presentation
Provide friendly and efficient customer service at the counter and during order fulfillment
Operate kitchen equipment and maintain cleanliness of workstations
Handle transactions using the POS system and manage cash/card payments
Perform opening and/or closing duties, including inventory checks, cleaning, and equipment shutdown
Maintain stock levels and communicate supply needs to management
Support team members and contribute to a positive and productive work environment
Requirements
Previous experience in food preparation, baking, or customer service is an asset
Basic knowledge of culinary arts and kitchen hygiene practices
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
Willingness to work flexible shifts including mornings, mid-days, and closing
Must be able to stand for long periods and lift light to moderate loads

Pay: $17.85 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
