• Strong knowledge of footwear construction, material properties, and manufacturing processes.
• Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and CAD software.
• Creativity, attention to detail, and a passion for sustainable design.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
