As we now look to expand our offering with running shoes for Men & Women we are looking for an applicant with apt leadership and creative qualities.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Footwear Designer at Matrix in Mumbai. The Senior Footwear Designer will be responsible for creating technical drawings, product designs, industrial designs, mood boards, and overseeing product development for footwear.QualificationsTechnical Drawing, Product Design, and Industrial Design skillsExperience in creating mood boards and overseeing product developmentStrong creative and innovative mindsetKnowledge of current trends in footwear designExcellent communication and presentation skillsAbility to work collaboratively in a team environmentBachelor's degree in Footwear Design, Product Design, Industrial Design, or related field5+ years of industry experience
