Responsibilities
Managing & motivating a team of retail sales associates to increase sales and improve efficiency
Managing stock levels and inventory on the sales floor
A leader in Product knowledge and ensuring that your team is extremely knowledgeable of the products and on the sales floor
Having excellent communication, leadership, and organization skills with a proactive approach
Ensuring that each customer receives outstanding service by providing a friendly shopping environment and responding to customers with exceptional customer service skills
Creating pleasant, creative, and attractive window displays for your store
Being able to push boundaries and be excited by new challenges
Being professional and ensuring that the whole team meets our expectations (including dress code, appearance, and friendly behaviors)
Managing the following areas:
Time management and Staffing
Driving Sales goals and KPI’s
Shrinkage and Loss Prevention
Daily operations and Cash controls
Setting daily Store goals and employee sales goals
Issue management and report writing (such as disciplinary action forms)
Providing a safe and healthy working environment
