Roles and Responsibilities
A dynamic Professional having over 8 to 10+ years of experience in Administration & Infrastructure.
Holds good experience in Planning, Organizing and Decision-making skills.
Hands-on experience in managing New Branch Opening / Infrastructure including Property sourcing, Negotiation, Legal documentation, Layout, Furnishing & Leased commercial, Statutory & Legal Compliances, Facility management, Branch upkeep & maintenance.
An effective communicator with excellent analytical, negotiation and interpersonal skills.

Vendor Management Costing & Budgeting Cost Evaluation Statuary / Legal Compliances
Budget preparation Resources Optimization Facility Management Leased commercial / residential properties
Details of Activities for Infrastructure / New Projects
Identifying viable properties for Office Space and finalizing lease / rental deeds at best available prevailing market rate and timely renewal of the same.
Interfacing with management/ respective department Head for property approvals, defining specifications for restructure / expansion of office space.
Liaising with external agencies for layout finalization
Legal due diligence of selected property
Coordination for preparation and execution of rental agreements.
Liaising / coordination with Properly owners and builders to ensure to timely completion of civil /maintenance / interior work of their scope
Strong coordination with respective vendors for furnishing activities & timely completions
Liaising with other departments while furnishing going on like Network team / IT team / Ops team
Ensuring to achieve desired out & timely completion of Project by monitoring & controlling the given constrains of
a) Time
b)budget
c) scope &
d) quality
Timely bills processing of completed projects
SOP’s for new branch openings / Vendor empanelment
To ensure safe custody of agreements pertaining to rented & owned office premises.
Monitor budgeted expenses. Manage & own the overall Cost of Interiors.
Processing of vendors bills for payment at HO.
Manage & work closely with related departments, develop relations with vendors and premises owners.
An effective communicator with exceptional relationship management skills with ability to relate to people at all levels of business and management.
Ensure implementation of policies from time to time.
