Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and manage dough fermentation, lamination, and baking
• Ensure all baked goods meet quality and presentation standards
• Develop new recipes and contribute to menu planning
• Train and manage junior staff, including Commis Chefs
• Monitor inventory levels and maintain food safety and hygiene regulations
• Communicate effectively with the kitchen team and front-of-house staff
Requirements:
