Job Description
We are hiring for the position of a CTO of Ecommerce profile for one of the US IT MNC (PCMM) level company.
Essential Skills
• 15+ years of wellrounded, broad base experience in building multitier enterprise software applications that are required to be highly available/scalable
• Domain experience in Ecommerce solutions
• Experience of leading implementation of one or more large B2C, B2B ecommerce applications involving multiple sales channels (online, physical), inventory management, order fulfillment
• Experience working with presales activities such as client demos, proof of concepts, effort estimation and responding to RFPs.
• Implementation knowledge/experience with Adobe Commerce (Magento)
• In addition to above mentioned skills, ideal candidate will also demonstrate:
i) a good mix of technology, systems integration, enterprise architecture and project management skills
ii) Strong analytical skills, experience of working with technical/business stakeholders to analyze requirements and designing solutions
iii) Excellent communication and technical presentation skills
Desired Skills- Team leadership skills
Responsibilities
• Understand project scope, requirements; design and present solution approach, subsequently help define detailed implementation plan
• Build/Contribute to creating client demos and presentations
• Work closely with client Onsite Architects, Delivery Leads for solutioning of new projects and creating work estimates
• Review work of other members of the team and contribute to establishing best practices
• Maintain high availability in EST hours, during the first half of the day and frequently collaborate with client's onsite Architects and Delivery Leads over client's MS Teams
Educational Qualifications
Master's/Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or IT or equivalent
• Candidates from tier 1 institute or tier 1 consultancy organizations are preferred
