Positions:-
• CUSTOMER SUPPORT - International Voice - Up to 5 Lakhs/PA

• Experience :- 6 months to 6 years in International Voice Process
• Qualification :- Graduate / UG / 10+2 / 10+3 / BE
• Remuneration :- 2.5 L to 5 Lakhs/PA
• SHIFT :- US Shift (ROTATIONAL)
• Location :- Gurugram & Noida
Job Description:
• Candidate should possess excellent oral and written communication skills
• Candidate should have at least 6 months of experience in Customer Support / Voice Process.
• Prior experience in Customer Service industry will be an added advantage.
• Should be open to work in Night shifts.
• Responsible for dealing with International Clients
• Must be willing to work in an environment that requires some amount of phone-based customer interaction
