Job Description
• Minimum of 5 years experience in contact centre inbound / outbound ( Banking/NBFC process)
• Must have indepth knowledge of functioning of inbound and outbound contact centre
• Vendor Management, billing
• Must have experience in cross selling, sales target ,manage service levels, escalation handling, complaint management.
• Good knowledge of training and quality, NPS required
• Knowledge of handling inbound emails and chat teams preferred.
