Job Requirements
We are seeking a skilled Automotive Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have:
• 2+ years of experience in a Service Technician role.
• A high school diploma or equivalent and ASE Certification.
• B-level qualifications, including Diesel, Transmission Repair Diagnostic, Electrical, and Engine Repair.
• Dexterity, requiring a steady hand and excellent hand-eye coordination.
• Mechanical and troubleshooting skills, along with the ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment.
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
• Performing routine maintenance tasks, including engine tune-ups, oil changes, tire rotation, and wheel balancing.
• Diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electrical system malfunctions, replacing parts and components, and repairing body damage to ensure vehicles are in good working order.
• Ensuring compliance with federal and state vehicle regulations by testing engine, safety, and combustion control standards.
• Maintaining shop equipment in excellent condition by following operating and safety instructions.
