About the role

You will be working on projects up to $30mil, likely be sole-charge so a proven understanding of all aspects of construction is required.

Full control of site working under a Project Manager

Driving delivery and ensuring adherence to project program

Scheduling/programming

Supervision of sub-contractors

Preparing site reports

Overseeing H&S

Reporting directly to the Project Manager

Skills & Experience

The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role for a main contractor in the local market. Exposure to commercial construction sites (up to $30mil) is essential. Being able to ‘jump on the tools’ is expected so a Carpentry background is also essential.
