Prior experience within the (Manufacturing/Engineering) Industry is highly desirable
Experience using Microsoft office and SAP would be an advantage
Ability to work from the Woodville North site full time – (Mon-Fri 6am-2pm or 7am to 3pm)

Valid forklift licence is essential
Be physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
Successful completion of pre-employment medical

About the Role
As a Customer Service Operator – Forklift Driver you will report to the Trade Store Manager, where you will be responsible for distribution activities through the daily operations of the Woodville North trade store.
Some tasks as part of this role include:
Hand unloading plasterboard as an offsider
Dealing with Customers face-to-face & over the phone
Picking & Packing orders on a daily basis
Regularly check & make up orders
Receipt goods & checking off paperwork while maintaining due diligence
Loading/unloading customer vehicles
Maintain operational equipment and report any faults or damage to management
Record and report any customer complaints to the Trade Stores Manager regarding product and / or service via Knauf's complaint and customer procedures
Assist with stock take / inventory counts process to ensure accurate inventory records are maintained
General warehouse duties & housekeeping
