Distribution Centre Operator/ LO Forklift operator

Our Distribution Centre team plays a vital role in making sure every customer receives their order safely, efficiently, and on time. We're currently seeking an experienced Distribution Centre Operator to join our Replenishment and Dispatch team. You'll need to hold a current forklift licence and have proven experience ideally within a dispatch or replenishment environment.
What We're Seeking:
Previous experience in dispatch and replenishment operations within a warehouse or distribution centre.
Current Forklift Licence
Strong understanding of safe manual handling and warehouse processes.
Proven ability to stack cartons on pallets efficiently and safely.
Reliable, team-focused, and proactive in maintaining a clean, organised workspace.
Flexibility to work across various warehouse functions when required (inbound, outbound, FLF, etc.).
Your Day-to-Day Will Include:
Operating forklifts for replenishment and pallet stacking.
Picking, packing, and dispatching customer orders accurately and efficiently.
Conducting pre-start checks and maintaining MHE in safe working order.
Loading and unloading trucks and containers.
Performing housekeeping and stock control duties.
Working collaboratively with Team Leaders and Supervisors to achieve daily targets.
