Job Description

Company: DC Forming
Type: Full-time
About DC Forming
DC Forming is a concrete formwork company based in Abbotsford, operating throughout the Fraser Valley and Lower Mainland. We work on residential, multi-family, and light commercial projects.
We are intentionally moving from owner-run sites to a foreman-led structure and are looking for a strong working foreman who can own a site, lead a small crew, and still be productive on the tools.
If you take pride in building, leading, and running a clean, organized site — this role is for you.
The Role
The Carpenter Foreman is responsible for owning the day-to-day execution of a DC Forming project site.
This is a hands-on leadership role. Our projects typically run with crews of 4–5 people, meaning the foreman is expected to be working on the tools more often than not, while also planning work, directing the crew, coordinating materials, and ensuring the job runs safely and on schedule.
When leadership, coordination, or problem-solving is required, the foreman steps off the tools to lead.
This role carries real authority and accountability for site outcomes.
