Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related engineering discipline; Master's degree preferred.
5+ years of experience in end-to-end delivery of high-quality, scalable production solutions in a professional environment.
Expert proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., JavaScript, Java, Python, Apex).
Extensive hands-on experience architecting and building sophisticated solutions with AI/LLM technologies, including deep expertise in integrating LLMs, applying advanced AI orchestration frameworks, and prompt engineering techniques for complex use cases.
Demonstrated expertise in data modeling, complex data processing, integration strategies, and advanced analytics, with significant proficiency in enterprise data platforms (e.g., Salesforce Data Cloud, Snowflake, Databricks).
Deep and broad experience with the Salesforce platform, including advanced configuration, complex customization, and development across various clouds.
Proven track record of entrepreneurial drive, a "get-things-done" attitude, and a strong focus on fast, impactful delivery in agile environments.
Exceptional collaboration, communication, and presentation skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Ability to travel 25-50% of the time, as needed to customer sites, often involving extended engagements.

Advanced experience with Salesforce Flows, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and other declarative/programmatic development tools.
