DSB is looking for an enthusiastic Foundation Stage teacher (ages 3 – 5) to lead curricular development in our growing Foundation stage team. Our teaching and learning are rooted in the UK’s Development Matters framework, and align closely with best practice, including a commitment to ‘in the moment planning’. We are looking for someone who can support our committed and enthusiastic staff develop best practice around play based learning, and help develop the delivery of much more of the learning through continuous provision. This post would suit a candidate who is confident in the delivery of the programme and who is enthusiastic about their own professional development; who would like to become involved in research informed practice, and who brings innovative approaches to working with learners of this age. The successful candidate should ideally have some if not all of these:
· minimum three years teaching experience in the Early Years and Foundation Curriculum in a UK or British International School;
· a recognised teaching qualification;
· experience of working with students for whom English is an additional language.
