Key Responsibilities:
Curriculum Planning and Implementation:
Develop and implement a well-rounded curriculum that focuses on early childhood education, including activities that promote cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development.
Classroom Management:
Establish and maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
Implement effective behaviour management strategies and promote positive social interactions among children.
Foster a sense of community and cooperation within the classroom.
Child Assessment:
Conduct ongoing assessments of each child's development and progress.
Maintain accurate records and documentation of individual achievements and challenges.
Communicate regularly with parents or guardians regarding their child's development.
Parent Communication:
Establish open and effective communication with parents or guardians.
Collaborate with parents to support the child's development at home and school.
Health and Safety:
Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in the classroom.
Follow health and safety guidelines, including maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in the classroom.
Address any health or safety concerns promptly and appropriately.
Professional Development:
Stay informed about current trends, research, and best practices in early childhood education.
Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and knowledge.
Team Collaboration:
Collaborate with other preschool teachers, support staff, and administrators to create a cohesive learning environment.
Attend staff meetings and contribute to discussions about curriculum, student development, and classroom management.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
