About the Role:

We’re looking for a dynamic, self-motivated individual to join our core team and work directly with the founders. This is a cross-functional role with exposure to operations, sales management, and business development. If you’re curious, entrepreneurial, and ready to learn by doing, this role is a launchpad into the world of high-impact business strategy and execution.

What You’ll Do:
• Work closely with the founders to execute business and sales strategies
• Coordinate with internal teams to manage training operations and client projects
• Support proposal creation, follow-ups, and client communication
• Own backend tasks like CRM, documentation, and meeting coordination
• Join client calls and represent FriendsSquare on the frontlines
• Dive into research, data, and decision-making to scale growth initiatives

Who You Are:
• A strong communicator with excellent written and verbal English skills
• Detail-oriented and organised, with a bias for action
• Open to ambiguity and multitasking — you thrive in dynamic environments
• Passionate about learning and ready to take ownership early on
• Comfortable working closely with leadership and client-facing teams
• Ideally 0–2 years of experience (freshers welcome)
