Job Description
As a Founder's Associate Manager, you'll work directly with the founder and gain hands-on experience in running and scaling a startup. This is a unique opportunity to learn by doing across operations, communication, admin, content, and more.
Key responsibilities:
1. Manage LinkedIn outreach and communication on behalf of the founder.
2. Create and maintain documents, presentations, and reports using MS Office tools.
3. Assist with project management by coordinating schedules, tracking progress, and managing deadlines.
4. Conduct research, organize internal files, and support day-to-day operations.
5. Handle ad-hoc tasks and urgent requests to support the founder and the startup's evolving needs.
6. Collaborate with the founder and team to brainstorm ideas, offer input, and contribute to overall company success.
