This role provides hands-on exposure to multiple business functions, including operations, marketing, hiring, exhibitions, and AI-driven process optimization. Key Responsibilities:
Operations Management: Assist in streamlining business processes and ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning.
Marketing & Branding: Support digital marketing campaigns, content creation, and social media strategy.
Talent Acquisition: Help with hiring efforts, from screening candidates to coordinating interviews.
Exhibition & Event Management: Assist in planning and executing jewelry exhibitions and brand showcases.
AI & Process Optimization: Leverage the latest AI tools to enhance efficiency in sales, marketing, and customer interactions.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with different teams to execute strategic initiatives.
Market Research & Competitive Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor strategies.
Requirements:
Young, dynamic, and highly motivated individual with a go-getter attitude.
Some prior experience in luxury eCommerce, jewelry eCommerce, or related industries is preferred.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Passion for technology and AI-driven business solutions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Knowledge of digital marketing, CRM tools, and AI-based automation tools is a plus.
