At Parikshak.ai, we're building India's first AI-native Prompt-to-Hire™ platform. The Founder's Office — Tech internship puts you right at the engine. You'll work across quality, data, and AI — not as a support function, but as someone who shapes how the product actually works and ships.
If you're the kind of person who notices a broken flow before anyone reports it, digs into data just to understand what's really happening, and gets genuinely curious about AI outputs — we want you in the room.
We don't count hours. We care about what you ship.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
• Test AI evaluation flows, recruiter dashboards, and candidate journeys - find what breaks before users do
• Dig into data: spot anomalies, validate outputs, and build dashboards that tell a real story
• Support AI feature roll-outs - prompt testing, output evaluation, edge case documentation
• Write test plans, bug reports, and QA documentation across sprints
• Sit in on product and engineering conversations - understand the why, not just the what
• Flag anything that feels off - broken, slow, or wrong - and help fix it
Requirements
• Final year student or recent grad - any stream, but a technical bent helps
• You've dabbled in QA, data, or AI - even through coursework, projects, or personal curiosity
• SQL, basic Python, or scripting doesn't scare you
• You notice things others scroll past - wrong outputs, broken flows, weird edge cases
• You write clearly and speak up when something doesn't make sense
• You care about getting things done, not just getting through the day
NICE TO HAVE
• Exposure to LLMs, prompt testing, or AI output evaluation
• Any hands-on time with Jira, Postman, Notion, or TestRail
• Something you've built or shipped - however small
