Founder's Staff: Growth & Strategy
Location: Gurugram, Haryana, India (In-Office)
Experience: 2-4 years in marketing, product management, or strategy roles
Compensation: ₹7L – ₹10L CTC (based on experience and capabilities), plus performance incentives
Type: Full-time, In-Person
What success looks like in this role
This position is designed for someone who thrives on variety and wants to develop across multiple disciplines. Your typical week will be structured approximately like this:
50% - Client Delivery & Creative Work
• Support 2-3 client projects simultaneously, gradually taking more ownership
• Convert strategic concepts into tangible deliverables (messaging, wireframes, content plans)
• Translate technical product capabilities into compelling marketing narratives and value propositions
• Participate in client calls, taking detailed notes and coordinating follow-up actions
30% - Agency Growth Operations
• Drive Flip Funnel's LinkedIn presence and content calendar
• Experiment with outbound strategies to generate new business leads
• Help develop case studies and thought leadership content
20% - Founder Support & Special Projects
• Coordinate with freelancers and creative partners
• Research industry trends, competitors, and potential clients
• Help implement AI tools and systems to streamline agency operations
What we're looking for
> Essential Experience & Skills
• 2-4 years of experience in marketing, product management, SaaS, or strategy-focused roles
• Experience with either: marketing campaign execution OR product development cycles
• Understanding of how to connect product features to customer value
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities
• Basic proficiency with design and collaboration tools (Figma, Miro, Notion,Slack)
• Ability to translate strategic concepts into structured deliverables
• Self-motivated with strong follow-through on commitments

Your growth journey
> First 3 Months
• Learn our frameworks, processes and client portfolio through hands-on involvement
• Shadow the founder on key client interactions and internal operations
• Learn how to apply product thinking to marketing challenges or marketing principles to product stories
• Take ownership of our LinkedIn content calendar and execution
• Begin contributing to client deliverables with guidance and feedback
> Months 4-6
• Independently manage smaller client projects and deliverables
• Lead our LinkedIn growth strategy with measurable KPIs
• Begin coordinating with freelancers and creative partners
• Develop proficiency with our core AI tools and workflows
> Months 7-12
• Own end-to-end delivery for 1-2 smaller client accounts
• Contribute strategic ideas to new business pitches and proposals
• Help document and optimize our delivery processes
• Begin to develop specialized expertise in a key area (based on strengths and interests)
