Flurn is an education startup with a mission to make learning more accessible and effective by transforming the independent tutoring and coaching market. Trusted by 1000+ parents, we’re currently running classes in 100+ apartments across Bengaluru.
Flurn was founded in 2021 by Ashwin & Lohith, two seasoned technology leaders who have worked in global technology giants - Google, InMobi, Paytm and Samsung- and run multiple startups in different capacities as Co-Founders, Advisors & early employees.
Role - What you will do
Work directly with the founders on high impact projects
Run point on key strategic projects called out by the founders - from pilot to scale
Be armed with comprehensive data and assist founders in making key decisions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams during project execution
Qualifications & Experience - What you need to have
Bachelor’s degree from Tier I colleges with a strong academic track record.
High energy, never-say-die attitude.
Very good verbal & written communication skills.
Ability to function independently and a structured approach to how you do your work.
Mandatory - High level of expertise in Spreadsheet Modelling and Data Analysis
Preferable: 1-2 years of experience in an early stage startup
