Qualifications Required
Bachelor’s degree in any field (Marketing, Business, Communication, or related fields preferred)
( Interns with proactive and enthusiastic attitude are welcome)
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi
Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive), Email, and basic task/project management tools
Understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn)
Ability to multitask, take initiative, and work independently
A creative mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt
Passion for wellness, sustainability, food, or health-driven brands is a plus
Key Responsibilities Executive & Administrative Support
Manage the founder’s calendar, appointments, and travel plans
Coordinate internal meetings and follow up on action points
Handle confidential information with discretion
Draft emails, presentations, and internal documents
Operations & Logistics
Assist with inventory management, vendor coordination, and product dispatch
Oversee packaging, order fulfilment, and customer delivery status
Help manage daily office operations and team coordination tasks
Creative & Content Support
Assist in planning and executing photo/video shoots, campaigns, and events
Support content creation for Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms
Coordinate with designers, photographers, and external agencies
Help maintain and organize a content calendar Brand & Marketing Tasks
Research trends, influencers, and brand partnership opportunities
Help plan and execute influencer collaborations and marketing outreach
Track campaign performance and assist with performance reports
Research & Strategy
Conduct market and competitor research to support decision-making
Prepare briefs, pitch decks, and reports for meetings or presentations
Suggest creative and operational improvements to scale both brands
