Responsibilities
• Serve as an advisor to the Founders on Product strategy and user journey across all features
• Work with the founders on building and iterating the product roadmap
• Own, manage, coordinate and drive execution for all strategic Product releases
• Speak directly to consumers, understand what they are looking for. Drive exceptional UI and game changing innovation
• Set product vision, practices and goals
• Build, launch, learn, iterate - repeat
• Prioritisation product initiatives and balancing impact
• Work on various Marketing efforts - digital, partnerships, cold outreach etc.
Qualifications
• Interested in a 1-10 journey for a startup
• Super smart, hustler, can get things done!
• Awesome with communication (we have clients across the world)
• Someone structured, precise, and great with multi-tasking without oversight
• Someone who is comfortable in a fluid, ambiguous environment
• Experience 2-10 years. Educational qualification – Graduate or PG from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 college.
Great if you have
• Experience in a startup / digital marketing, are an ex-founder
• Understand Tech
• Prior experience in a Product role, ideally in ecommerce SaaS
