Job Description
1. Coordinate with different factory departments (Production, Quality, Store, Dispatch, Purchase, etc.) to ensure tasks are completed on time
2. Maintain daily follow-ups on pending work and action items
3. Provide the Founder with daily/weekly updates on task status, delays, and next steps
4. Track priorities, deadlines, and department-wise progress
5. Maintain basic reporting and tracking (Excel/Google Sheets/WhatsApp updates)
