Role overview:

We are looking for a high-ownership, execution-driven professional to join the Founder’s Office and work closely with the Founder on growth initiatives, GTM execution, strategic projects, and business operations.

This role sits at the heart of the company and is ideal for someone who enjoys turning priorities into action, managing multiple projects, and driving outcomes in a fast-moving startup environment.

You will work closely with the Founder to help shape and organize initiatives, collaborate with functional leads, support execution across teams, and help maintain momentum on critical projects.

What You’ll Do
• Drive execution and tracking of founder-led projects across GTM, growth, product, and operations
• Support GTM and business development initiatives including growth experiments, partner initiatives, and new opportunities
• Work closely with the Founder on strategic initiatives such ecosystem mapping, market research and long-term growth themes
• Coordinate cross-functional execution and help keep teams aligned on priorities
• Own data analysis, structuring and research across initiatives to support decision-making and business reviews
• Build and maintain structured trackers, dashboards, and summaries to create visibility for internal and external stakeholders
• Leverage AI tools and work with our internal AI agents to support research, analysis, and automation
• Join the Founder for select external meetings or events as needed

Must Have
• 4–8 years of experience in a growth-stage startup, preferably B2B SaaS
• Strong execution mindset with proven ability to own and deliver projects end-to-end
• Solid technical foundation (engineering background preferred) with strong business understanding
• Experience working on GTM, growth, sales operations, or cross-functional initiatives
• High ownership, strong follow-through, and ability to work with minimal supervision
• Strong analytical and structured thinking skills; comfortable working with data
• Clear communication and stakeholder management skills
• Comfortable with ambiguity, speed, and evolving priorities

Good to Have
• Exposure to GTM planning, growth experiments, or partner-led growth
• Experience working closely with founders or leadership teams
• Familiarity with tools like Google Sheets, Notion, CRM systems, and AI tools
