Opportunity to Create an Impact by Building an Alternate System for High Quality Business Education

Digiaccel Learning is looking for an entrepreneurial problem solver to work on exciting unlocks in the 1 to 10 journey of the company. The position will work very closely with the Founder in building some of these revenue streams and unlocks.

The first unlock this individual will work on is building and managing the experience for Digiaccel's first offline program. This program is designed to be a specialist MBA alternative and create a benchmark for high quality, outcome oriented, alternate business education.

As the leader of this work stream, you will be responsible for everything - right from student experience to placement partnerships to mentor management. The sum total of the above will help land and execute a program that will redefine Marketing education in the country.

The right person is someone who understands the student perspective, is high on empathy, sets a high benchmark for excellence and has rigorous problem solving skills. The charter on program experience will help the individual experience different facets of building an early stage business.

Responsibilities
• Working with the Founder to build experience levers and implement them.
• Build and grow hiring partnerships with some of India's leading organisations to create an industry-institute win-win partnership.
• Rigorous program management to ensure on time and high quality skilling outcomes from learning sessions.
• Partner management to work with various specialist education partners on the program.
• Designing and executing student acquisition activities like referrals etc.

Skills, Qualifications and Experience
• Graduate or Postgraduate with 2-4 yrs of experience (Tier I college like IIT/ IIM/ FMS/ XLRI/ MDI/ IIFT etc preferred)
• Experience in working with senior stakeholders. Consulting/ Early stage startup experience is a big plus.
• Demonstrated experience of high ownership, entrepreneurial mindset and customer empathy.
• Intellectual integrity, a desire to learn, a drive for excellence and the ability to collaborate.
