Founder’s Office – Marketing Executive
About the Role:
As a Marketing Executive in the Founder’s Office, you’ll be the right hand of the founder in driving brand visibility, content strategy, and high-agency communication across digital platforms. You’ll work across multiple verticals—founder brand, agency marketing, stealth launches—and help transform raw ideas into marketable stories.
Key Responsibilities:
• Draft and post content for the founder’s Twitter and LinkedIn accounts.
• Respond to mentions, DMs, and community engagement threads with speed and context.
• Schedule posts, plan calendars, and track analytics.
• Translate founder ideas, voice notes, and calls into sharp copy and content pieces.
• Repurpose internal talks, newsletters, and campaign ideas into social assets.
• Help build the founder’s positioning as a thought leader across marketing, tech, and startup spaces.
• Work cross-functionally with design, content, and social pods to ensure timely execution.
• Help coordinate campaign support for launches, hiring drives, and events.
• Own feedback loops and maintain creative consistency.
• Maintain performance dashboards for founder socials.
• Highlight growth, post insights, and engagement opportunities weekly.
