Job Description
The role combines administrative excellence with operational ownership — you will support strategic execution, coordinate stakeholders, and ensure smooth functioning across teams, vendors, and processes.
Key Responsibilities
Founder & Operations Support
• Act as the primary operational support to the Founder for daily execution
• Manage calendars, scheduling, follow-ups, and task tracking
• Prepare structured trackers, documents, and reports (Excel / Google Sheets)
Research & Business Support
• Conduct market, competitor, and supplier research
• Identify and shortlist vendors, service providers, and partners
• Prepare comparison sheets, proposals, and summaries for decision-making
Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination
• Communicate with suppliers and partners (calls, emails, WhatsApp)
• Coordinate negotiations, follow-ups, and documentation
• Maintain professional communication in both Hindi and English
HR & Team Support
• Assist with hiring coordination, interview scheduling, and onboarding
• Maintain basic HR trackers and documentation
• Coordinate with interns, freelancers, and remote team members
Process & Systems
• Create and maintain SOPs, checklists, and workflows
• Bring structure to recurring tasks and operational processes
• Ensure deadlines, deliverables, and follow-ups are met consistently
Ideal Candidate Profile
• 1–3 years of experience in operations, admin, executive assistance, or coordination roles
• Strong spoken and written Hindi and English
• Highly organised with excellent follow-up skills
• Comfortable working with Google Workspace / Excel / Notion / basic CRM tools
• Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently
• Startup, agency, or founder-office experience is a plus

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
